SistaKeeper Circles©
our school-based prevention program that focuses on building self awareness
utilizing the SistaKeeper Poetry for the Soul Curriculum. Circles meet 1-2x weekly, throughout the school year, or we
offer 8 or 12 week sessions depending on the school or organizations need. We support elementary, middle and high school girls.
We select a variety of positive interactive curriculum that focus on building self-esteem, leadership awareness, diversity,
friendship and relationship building, leadership awareness, body image, nutrition, media issues, the importance of academics.
Our girls develop a strong sense of self awareness; thus each girl developing their personal mission and purpose.
Soulflower Sistas©inspire,
uplift and empower. This is our teen spoken word speakers bureau. Teen girls provide a voice for sisters dealing with various
issues that plague our communities such as bullying, teen pregnancy, self esteem, illiteracy, we focus on HIV/Aids, breast
cancer, Domestic Violence and Sexual assault awareness. The Soulflower Sistas tour with the founder of SistaKeeper speaking
out at local schools, churches and community events bringing awareness to our youth. If youre interested in being a Soulflower

Free Your Mind Fridays (girls 13-18)©
provided on-site at our location, every 1st Friday of the month. Sistas can chill out enjoy refreshments, share, spit their
favorite poetic pieces and relax with positive sistas releasing negativity and leaving with a purpose. A mentoring circle,
where girls speak out about issues and give advice while receiving positive interaction from positive women in the community.
We host guest speakers to come out to speak out about how they broke cycles and how they have made their journey to become
purpose driven.
Poetic Justice (girls 8-12)©
provided on site at our location, every 2nd sat of the month, the girls learn the meaning of positive friendships as well
as participating in interactive activities that empower them to know they are strong, individuals that should speak their
mind and remember to reflect positivity. Their motto is (I Define Me!) Why? Because always very earlier on we need to inspire,
uplift and empower our girls to know they can Just BE!" Whatever and whoever they desire to be.
Journey© is our internet
social network ning connection, for members (13 -18) only it serves as a communication tool online for our girls to write
poetry pieces, promote events, blog, represent themselves through their own webpage that they design through positive photos,
music, and discuss important topic and receive advice from other Sistakeepers as well as SistaKeeper Advisors. All girls
in the schools, on site and worldwide connect through journey.
BAM© Books and More,
Sistakeeper teen members come together and discuss a book of the month, a movie or music that empowers the soul. This is a
circle gives the girls the opportunity to discuss various modes of media and society effects their views, style and attitude
towards life. It also gives them opportunity to increase their literacy skills by writing poetry pieces that motivate self-awareness
and change.
Robinson Etiquette Academy - Journey
to Grace© SistaKeeper and Robinson Etiquette Academy* have partnered to create a unique program offering etiquette
skills and training for young ladies in an effort to equip them with the tools necessary to be confident in all social and
business situations. We seek to strengthen educational, economic and cultural opportunities while building character and
self confidence in girls, by introducing, reinforcing and providing instruction on etiquette, protocol and social graces.
We offer specific age appropriate sessions, see events for scheduled times. Fees vary.
